Our story began over 20 years ago when we decided to take a chance on building a business of our own while raising our two young daughters. Jacobb left a steady job to pursue his passion for plumbing, dedicating countless hours to building the business from the ground up. Mary took on the responsibilities behind the scenes, creating the company's website, marketing, scheduling, customer communications, and office operations while helping raise our family.

Our daughters, Kaitlyn and Ava, have been part of that journey as well. From tagging along with Dad on plumbing jobs when they were little to helping with paperwork and office tasks as they grew older, they've each contributed to the family business in their own way. What started as a small family operation has grown into an established plumbing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Auburn and the surrounding Sierra Foothills. We've built our reputation through hard work, quality workmanship, honest communication, and the trust of customers who continue to call us and recommend our services to others.

We've never set out to be the biggest plumbing company or the cheapest. Our goal has always been to provide dependable service, offer honest recommendations, and treat every home and business with the same care and respect we'd expect for our own.

Today, Hoppers Plumbing remains proudly family-owned and operated. Jacobb continues to bring his hands-on expertise to the field, while Mary manages the day-to-day operations and customer relationships. Together, we remain personally invested in the quality of our work and the reputation behind our family name.
